牛排吃过,饭馆的一般不行,要到专门的牛排馆(Steak house), 有一次去一家高档店,看我们没有穿西服,还不让吃,NND。当然,人家说我们可以借你们衣服穿,靠! 一般在家买牛排(T-bone or porterhouse)也就5-7刀一磅,但是烧烤太油腻,容易得心血管疾病。偶然为之。 |
Eye filet or scotch steak are the better ones for beef steak. Your filet mignon looks like eye filet. The pink to medium is probably better. But most Chinese can't even accept the medium. Well done is too chewy and lost the beauty of the steak. It is not that easy to cook a just alright one to have all the beauty of the steak. |
这种肉在家做最好。 只要能买到好肉,不会比餐馆差。这儿的牛排馆去过两次,都是SO-SO。同样价钱自己弄吃值多了。 |
